The product is very simple and a little fragile. After only 3 months the wire broke but since I couldn't find on amazon the vendor contacts information, I left a bad review. They promptly replied with apologies, immediate refund and they even send another one for free. The diffuser works well for a small room.

I love this diffuser it’s beautiful and such good quality

After only having this diffuser for a few months, it has already died out. The diffuser was working fine, but I unplugged it to move it elsewhere in my home, and it now will no longer work. It sounds like it tries to turn on but quickly dies out. The diffuser has also always been very weak. With not much water vapor being dispensed, it does not do a good job of getting the desired smell.

I like it. It works well. It's exactly as describe. Good for smaller space. Would buy again.

I love it. I used to have a bigger defuser just for my office but it broke in a move. I decided to get one for single room only so as not to over power my office. When I first received this I thought, no way this little thing will work or last 8hrs. I was wrong. It's absolutely perfect for my office both in size and effectiveness. Love it. It's simple and discreet. I got it in black.

Not much steam comes out. I tried it with only water first to test steam strength. Fair at best. I add enough oil so that after a while I can smell it. Trial, and error on getting enough into a small room. I bought it for mosquito's that manage to get in my house during wet periods. The timer, and lights work well. I just bought it so I don't know how long it will last or how well it will ward off mosquitos. I'm using an essential oil made for repelling mosquito's.

Really like this product. This is my first time purchasing a diffuser. It works exceptionally well and I love the features it has (different colored dimmers, timers, etc) Easy to use and works well.

Smaller than what I expected but still great. I've had it for a couple of months now without any issues. The lights aren't as bright as I would have hoped but that's ok.

I like how simple it is to you, i dudnt realise how small the water reservoir is 100ml. Thats my bad. I keep it in the office and bought a 700ml for the other room
