I am only buying a 30 foot hose. Do you guys think a hose reel would be overkill and I should just coil it up by hand?

It’s very convenient not to struggle rolling up hose by hand . Just crank it back onto the reel. Also it’s not necessary to unwind the entire hose when using it. The advantage to you using a larger reel is that if you needed a longer hose to add to your 30 foot hose you could do it. These are just suggestions. Good luck with your decision.

Is hardware included to attach to pressure washer frame?

Yes. All the bolts necessary to mount it, including the bracket to mount it to your pressure washer cart is included.
