Bought the non-touchscreen version for my college student who also lives to game and compose music. He says it’s great, although there was a lot of bloat ware to remove. The only issue is that it gets very hot when he’s doing anything that involves a lot of graphics. Otherwise, sturdy and great value.

It has everything I need except a backlit keyboard. I knew it going in but my old laptop died so beggars can't be choosers.
