Bought my machine and am very happy with it. I contacted the seller regarding the promotional and they sent all 3 items being offered, which was way more than I expected. The battery pack and white controller did not come in the box, but they are shipping those separately. The Seller is VERY responsive and has replied to all my emails quickly. Had tech questions, they answered those too. I bought the 100cm booth, and it will hold 3-4 easily and came just as shown. Very sturdy, and I really love the LED colored lights, we applied them on the inside as shown in the video and it makes the whole machine glow. It is heavy, but my daughter and I could lift it up and move it, having an extra person will be valuable when you need to load it. It will fit in the trunk of my daughter's car, (Comfort) but not mine (Economy), it is very large, so you may need a small trailer to transport. Overall, I feel like I purchased a good product, that was well made from sellers who have given me 100% positive customer care and support. Highly recommend. I decided to order this to own and plan to first use it at my daughter’s wedding. I chose it because I watched a set up video and read the reviews and it looked very user friendly. It is! I’m a female in her early 50s and I think I could easily set it up myself although the platform itself is sturdy so will take cautious body mechanics. My son and I put it together and it wasn’t difficult at all. I recommend! Can’t speak to app ease of use yet but it looks pretty straightforward.

Ordered this 31" unit as a second 360 platform after building my own larger one. Platform is very sturdy, compact to fit in a Honda Accord trunk without the ATA case! Unit came with plenty of mounting accessories for every type of camera, phone or battery pack option you may have, along with motor remote and camera remote (not sure if it’s needed for 360 software). Very cool color changing LED light strip that I mounted inside the bottom base so it would not get damaged and used hot glue in a few places.The LED Ring Light has 3 mounting options in the middle; which was very nice should one wanted to mount other items besides just a camera. When it comes to storage in the ATA case, you do need to remove all the leveling feet, which is my only setback for setup time and losing a feet, however they do provide one extra leveling foot and ATA case wheel for backup.Note: The Power Supply is 24 Volts, so if wanting to use a battery pack make sure it outputs the correct voltage!Overall, this 360 platform is worth the price and one can get a return on investment quickly; using the right software, camera, lighting and being creative with your setup and marketing! Also, the free logo printing for the platform is winner along with fast responses from the seller!!Updated July 26, 2023... The Sales & Support team is great. They get right back to you with all your questions and will replace any items under warranty. Almost 6 months after purchase, they even did my logo sticker! As a business owner this company get nothing but 5+ stars and handles business like I would for all my customers... BUY NOW!

I loved how everything came in the case and all other components was secured very well. The quality of the equipment is very sturdy and well built. Everything was easy to install and running great had no issues.

The shipping on this unit was extremely fast and the product was packaged very well. There are a lot of small parts included - and some of the clamps are tedious to put on. I was not a big fan of them but I have my own higher quality ones.Unit is built well and comes with a nice flight case which you can attach wheels.The setup is quick and easy when getting it ready for events.The thing that needs the most improvement is the app and the instructions for everything. After sharing concerns with the support team, it looks like their engineers are implementing some big changes soon, so I hope that resolves the biggest issues I have. I’m happy when companies are open to feedback!

I am very impressed by this product. The quality is very good as it is made of really high quality material. It might take about 30 minutes to assemble it, but you will not make any mistakes if following the instructions. It is still quite easy to do that. The product is able to set 3 colors lighting mode and 10 adjustable brightness. Together with the 360-degree panoramic motion, I am able to make excellent videos and fantastic photos. My friends are also attracted by this product and would like to purchase it after a few time trial. It definitely worth the money and I highly recommend this product.
