3 dead screens in a row
Third time's a charm, right? Wrong. Three defective screens in a row. My original screen works fine, just has an ugly crack down the middle. All three screens they've sent have not worked. No backlight. Plug my old screen back in and it works fine. I called the company directly and verified that I was ordering the correct part (both old and new screens have the same part number printed on the back). If my old screen wasn't working, I could see it being the cable or the motherboard, but my old screen is working even as I write this...

Works fine! Easy install
Works fine ! Easy install. Dell wanted over $200 to replace my touch screen. Bought this and replaced it myself, saved a bunch of money. Just be careful of the ribbon cable connectors. They are fragile and a little tricky.
