Overpriced and bad customer service
I have my work laptop and my gaming PC hooked up to my monitor (1440p@144hz). It worked fine for about 6 months. Then all of a sudden, switching back to my PC from my laptop wouldnt work. I'd have to unplug my monitor, do a ritual, and plug it back in and it would work. After about a month of that, even that stopped working. Now this is a very weird issue. Only my gaming PC to my monitor wouldnt work. Both ports on the KVM worked. If I used a different monitor, it worked. I tried everything I could think of to troubleshoot. Lowered the resolution/fps on my monitor. Wiped and reinstalled GPU drivers. Reset the KVM. Even redid Win10. None of it fixed it. When I reached out to support, they asked for my order number. Well, when I got this product, there was a mistake on Amazons end. They charged me twice and so refunded one of the charges, but in my Order History, it says the product was refunded. Because of this, CKL Support wouldnt help me, because the product was refunded. As far as they were concerned, I got refunded and didn't send the item back (which isn't possible, the refund would have been cancelled). They simply would not budge and just kept accusing me of not returning the item. Worst CS I've had to deal with. Considering this product is $170, I definitely would not buy this again. There are better KVMs for half the price.

KVM has been rock solid for normal productivity work
I use it with my macbook pro (2019) & mac mini m1. Works perfectly.. Wish they had a 3 port one.

Works with 4k gaming monitor at 144 Hz
I have two monitors and two computers (gaming pc and work laptop). Monitors are:- LG Ultragear 4k monitor 144Hz- Dell 4k monitor 60HzImportant note: You will not be able to achieve 144Hz with the DisplayPort cables that is included with the purchase. You need to buy higher quality DisplayPort 1.4 cables.I'm happy with the purchase despite having to spend for new higher quality displayport cables because the KVM switch itself works flawlessly.

Works without a hitch
I was skeptical based on other reviews, but this does exactly what I need. I have two desktops connected to a 1440p display and an LG DualUp (2560x2880). The previous KVM I had couldn't drive these two displays at full res, but this one does flawlessly. They're not gaming refresh rates (75hz and 60hz respectively), so I can't vouch for higher throughput monitors. The USB3 switching also works great. I have a USB3 hub connected to the USB upstream of this device and I'm getting full speed (webcam, gigabit Ethernet, USB audio work perfect). I didn't bother using the dedicated keyboard/mouse ports on this thing and everything works fine with my peripherals plugged into the same hub.Windows do get rearranged when I switch desktops, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I don't switch machines often and I use DisplayFusion to save and restore window locations. It's not perfect, but everything else works so well, this doesn't bother me.One last note for other folks: only use DisplayPort with this. Most HDMI/DisplayPort adapters are passive and rely on your video card to do the heavy lifting (the adapters just rewire things and the video card will output a different signal when this is detected). These adapters simply don't work with most KVMs as they only understand DisplayPort (not HDMI carried over DisplayPort cables). So, save yourself some headache and if you're not 100% DP, get a different KVM. If you are 100% DP, then you shouldn't have problems with this KVM.

Easy setup for a smooth upgrade
I've had a Depzol KVM since 2021, and it's worked well (2 Port KVM Switch HDMI Dual Monitor 4K 60Hz, DEPZOL KVM Switch for 2 Computers 2 Monitors with USB 2.0 HUB and Cables 922HUA-2). However, there were two challenges: the USB ports only supported 2.0, and the cables split out the input/output audio jacks in a way I found annoying.I upgraded to this device (CKL 2 Port USB 3.0 KVM Switch Dual Monitor HDMI 4K 60Hz, Keyboard Video Mouse Peripherals Switcher for 2 Computers 2 Monitors with Audio 922HUA-3) today. It only took me minutes to switch over to the new KVM. Since it supports USB 3.0, there was no need for separate audio hookups. Everything works, including the sharing of a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 for audio inputs. It also supported my Panasonic Lumix G9 as a webcam using the Elgato Camlink 4K adapater, which wasn't happening before with the old hub. Using USB 2.0, I had a lot of latency (which is to be expected; I'm surprised it worked at all honestly). Now I can use ONE webcam for both devices. If you buy either device, it is incredibly important to note that you will likely need HDMI/USB adapters to support two monitors. From the product description: "This Dual Monitor KVM Switch requires 2 HDMI input for each computer and 2 HDMI output for monitors. However, most computers especially laptops do not have dual HDMI output, thus reliable adapters will be needed for non-HDMI outputs like VGA, DVI, USB C, DisplayPort. Please be aware of this before order!"You will need two adapters - one per computer. Plus, it can really be a headache to get those adapters to work. That isn't the fault of the KVM; those adapters are very finnicky. I purchased this one: "WAVLINK USB 3.0 to HDMI Universal Video Graphics Adapter with Audio Port". You will need to absolutely scrutinize the specifications to meet your needs: It is supported on your device/OS? Does it support the monitors you use? Do you have enough free USB ports? Do you need to install a driver for it to work? etc. No matter what, it will require a lot of patience. A lot. It will be the hardest step, guaranteed. There's a power adapter that comes with the device, but I don't use it. I also don't use the USB ports intended for keyboard and mouse. Why? I'm using Logitech Bluetooth devices that have their own ability to connect to multiple devices. Maybe it would save me the step of manually switching over the keyboard/mouse if a used a wireless fob instead of Bluetooth, but I'm fine the way it is.
