Can't live without this
This is wonderful. My nutritionist gave this to me a few yrs. ago. I take large doses of meds that amp my blood sugar and make me crave sugar and carbs. This was recommended three times a day with meals to keep my blood sugar even and it has worked wonders. I no longer feel out of control with sugar cravings and that jittery feeling with high blood sugar. I highly recommend this

Yes, it is pricey. But it works so well for PCOS issues. It works better for me than a couple of the other brands; I have tried three different brands now - this is the one for me.

Good product, taking one pill a day
I have pcos and have been looking for a capsule Form of inositol to use and this one has been going fairly well for me and helping with some of my symptoms. I take one pill a day in the morning
