I am very glad I purchased a Spoonk mat combo. Using an acupressure mat is a new experience for me. It was hard to decide what to choose because of the many options available. In order to try acupressure, I purchased a less expensive brand the week before I purchased Spoonk. I could tell I would like acupressure, but needed something that would deliver greater pressure. I decided on Spoonk because it is eco conscience, made of organic material, and the spikes deliver a lot of pressure. I felt a tremendous difference after just one use. Additionally, the travel mat is more versatile than I expected. It has Velcro on both the front and back of the mat. One can fold and secure it around the arm or fold it back and into a pillow. I personally feel that it functions better than a standard pillow because the foam produces a little resistance when folding it backward. Because of the resistance, it transforms into a firm pillow. Do not let the impression that it does not have a pillow dissuade you from buying the product. The versatile design makes me feel like I have two products in one. I hope to purchase another one someday for a family member that has shoulder issues.

I highly recommend this product. It will take a few uses to get use to it but after that you will want to use it regularly.

My yoga instructor told me about the spoonk i love it i use it all the time at my desk i use the small one to sit on or to put my feet on i am able to lay on the big mat for about 45 minutes bare back and sleep very well. I purchased an other one for my daughter in law as she has some back issues. i would recommend this product
