Best bang for your buck for having paddles on the PS5 controller. I already had 2 controllers and didn't want to cough up $200 for a scuf controller so I gave this a try. It comes with detailed instructions, and all the necessary tools. I spent around an hour taking my time and making sure I did everything correctly and it turned out great!! I only needed to map the X and O buttons and it was a breeze. The paddles feel very clicky and is in a great position. I highly recommend this product if you have the patience and looking to save some money on having paddles for a PS5 controller you already own.

The back paddles were amazing and very comfortable and easy to install definitely buying again.

I have bought and installed this before, and was hoping to apply this to a second controller I bought. I go to install it and towards the end of the insulation I notice that one of the latches is missing from the mini controller board which means there's no way to secure the ribbon Cable in place. I sent it in for an exchange from Amazon and got a new unit I looked over all the parts to make sure all of the latches were there and then set it aside because I had to go out of town. Upon returning I installed it onto the controller and it is now completely dead. It doesn't respond to any input it doesn't light up when plugged in absolutely nothing. I was using the basic install so there was no soldering or anything that needed to be done to the board, and even after removing the kit the controller is still dead. I assume it's a quality control issue allowing the main cable to slide just enough to overlap the different contacts all at once. Of course it's past the return. So not only do I have a broken controller and will need to spend $80 to buy a new one I also have this kit that I spent money on that I cannot get a refund for. Barbie wear. Don't buy these products until they do some serious quality control upgrades.

It isn’t too hard to install and works fairly well. The left button isn’t as clicky as the right but still works fine. I’m not sure how the long term will be. The worst part is it doesn’t fit in the stand up charger anymore and I have to use the cable again.

The install is pretty easy if you're just remapping a standard button. L3/R3 or the touchpad is more advanced. I do wish they included written directions, instead they they just send you to a prerecorded video. I found a better video which clarified some additional aspects that weren't included in the extreme rate video which is disappointing. There are some weird "skip to x:xx timestamp" in their video which seem inappropriate because they have you remove sections prior, but never instruct you to put them back together. I found out you can just skip those removal parts all together depending on the button you're remapping. So again, a bit confusing.Overall, the install is still relatively straightforward and the buttons do work as advertised. The backplate fit isn't quite as snug as the original backplate, but it's really not noticable unless you compare them side by side. Not enough to dock any stars. Still a great product, and much cheaper than buying a Scuf or battle beaver. I would buy this again and feel it's a good 5 star product.

Took about 30ish minutes to install via YT video, works perfectly. Very satisfied.Little tedious to install, pair of tweezers really help which aren't included in kit, but overall pretty easy.

Works as intended. The buttons are a little sensitive, but works great. Would give 4 stars, but there's an issue of the controller not working when starting a game from the home menu. In other words, I have to start a game using a different controller, then switch to the one with back paddles installed. Minor inconvenience, but still...Also, I bought a USED dualsense to try this on as I never attempted to modify a controller. Not sure if it is the added hardware or used controller, but the battery doesn't last as long. Maybe 3 hrs tops per full charge.
