Fantastic inserts. However, wear stockings when using them, they're hard on the skin.

It gave me height like it said but I've had a problem with them staying actually together in the shoe. They honestly hurt my feet a bit with how wonky they are which for the price what do you expect. I rarely wear them and even if I do I only do the base and one of the building blocks to slap on top. I've been on and off wearing them for a few months and I still feel the same way. I'll just stick with being a short guy and maybe slap on some heels once in awhile I'm not sure.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money. It’s so tiny width wise that it must be for a kid’s shoe. I was hoping for something that could fit better in my shoe. Even the first level is so high that a regular shoe cannot support it

I bought it for occasional use while wearing sport shoes or loafers and it works for it. I am only 4 feet 11 inches tall so some extra height is always welcome. I have only used it for shorter durations till now so i am not sure if they can be worked for entire day or activities which requires lot of standing or moving around but for occasional use, its quite good.

When bought, the product comes with 2 main height insoles and 6 smaller attachments that increase the overall height of the insoles. The product I received looks exactly like the ones shown in the pictures. Overall, the product is very nice for its price. It could be more comfortable however for the bottom of your feet.PROS: The little attachments to the main insole does not compress as much. The main insole can be cut to fit smaller shoe sizes and it has measurements and increments to know exactly where it can be cut. The little attachments can be used alone to increase your height.CONS: The insoles all together do add up to 3.54 inches, however the main insole compresses when you stand on it. Honestly, after a while, standing on the insoles are not very comfortable. There are designs and holes on the insoles to attach them to each other, hurt the bottom of your feet even if you are wearing socks. On the main insole, the middle part with the plastic glass tube seems to be there for decoration. I did not find any use for it and it did not act as a cushion or anything. Even though you could potentially add 3+ inches to your height, realize that regular low cut shoes are not going to fit all of these insoles in. You would have to find boots or something in order to have all of these insoles fit inside the shoe.

It's comfortable and easy to walk in and the extra height is great. Its comes long so I just cut it to make the size/shape i need for it to fit my shoe size. I have three pairs now so I dont have to keep switching them into my favorite pairs of shoes. I love these inserts.

I'm not sure exactly how measuring works in China, but according to my ruler these are not 3.15 inches on any day. At most 2.75 or about 7cm. Even the packaging does not agree with the dimensions listed on the product. Practically the main insert + 1 extra pad is functional, beyond that you would need some specially tailored shoes (boots required as is). Not comfortable for long periods walking; standing at a social event would be reasonable. I would -NOT- use these in any situation high movement is involved. As noted by others, maximum shoe size is US 9.5 Men's.

Liked them alot but the shock absorber piece that is filled with air is not connected to the actually insert and falls out all the time. Had to glue in myself. Decent value
