Hi, the picture you refer to was for our other giftbox, the Luxury Lavender and Frankincense bath gift set. Somehow this image got mixed up with this New Mom Gift Basket listing. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, we have rectified this now. Just to be clear: the New Mom Gift box contains the Himalayan bath salt, the Lavender soap and sisal exfoliating pouch, the amethyst infused body oil and the Lavender hand balm. It also comes with the bunny muslin and the silicone teething ring and of course the greeting card and the keepsake box. Hope this clarifies things and once again apologies for the confusion.
