25 sheets? No problem, no exertion. Solid. It sells for a premium but worth the money to me.

Works great and looks good too

This stapler has never worked, since the day I received it. one third of the time no staple comes out when you press on it, other times the staple comes out and won't press closed and the remaining times the staple gets stuck when you press it. Yes, I am using the Swingline S.F.4 staples - not a generic one. I was traveling and missed the return deadline. I am going to a store to buy another stapler from a brick and mortar store so I can return it easily if it doesn't work. However, the stapler I replaced I had for decades and it worked perfectly - I just wanted to change the look. I am regretting that decision, completley unhappy with this purchase.

Best stapler Ever, love it. It handles every office duty I need with ease

I'm hard on staplers. If they work, and they have some weight and quality to them (made of metal...to start with) then they will and have lasted me for years.Lately, though I've been going through them. They jam. They refuse to load. They crack. Fall apart.So I ordered this. It arrived in good time and great shape. I loaded it up and decided to play with it.For me, that means pounding the heck out of it, and stapling tons of papers together. I basically went over to the recycling bin, grabbed a handful of papers and pounded away. I didn't count them exactly, but I can tell you that it went directly through a calendar no sweat.However, this is a desk stapler. You aren't going to have as much luck with it if you try holding it in your hand and squeezing it shut in a pile of papers.Now, we'll just see how long it stands up to my abuse.

Loved it

Buying this stapler has taught me a valuable lesson. Don't purchase a stapler because it matches your office decor. I have been through FOUR of them and they are horrible. They jam, they don't push a staple all the way through, the metal piece inside coils up/twists (how does this even happen). I guess I'll go back to the ugly staplers that Swingline makes because this one absolutely, positively sucks.
