The bark box never fully worked. It would go off without my dog barking and the beep was audible to us. Very disappointed in this product.

It makes a high pitched sound we can hear. Our dogs do not stop barking when they hear it. But they hear it. I use it on the house and don’t think it reduces barking but it I am standing there and they bark when it goes off and I tell them no they are starting to connect me saying no to the sound. But that’s not super helpful for why I bought it

Didn’t work for the 3 chihuahuas no matter what setting I used. Was another waste of money

I enjoy the calm and peace of our community after I get it. My neighbor's dog was barking from 4 AM through 11 PM. I could not speak on the phone, I could not watch a movie, even I could not participate in Zoom meetings. Now, I enjoy the silence and can stay home on the weekend.

I NEVER GOT TO USE THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORKING AND THERE IS NO INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON HOW TO GET SUPPORT WITH THIS PRODUCT AND I CANNOT RETURN IT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFF

I really really liked this product when I first received it. Now that I've had it a few months, it goes off for any noise in the house. Would recommend a product that's built with better material

I have tried so many products to make my dog stop barking and this is one that certainly didn't work. did not even deter her at all from excessively barking.

This ultrasonic deterrent is not that great. My dog does hear it and I have followed the included instruction regarding the frequencies to use first and last with minimal behavioral change. My biggest issue with it is that everyone (including myself) can hear the frequency(ies) no matter what intensity is used. I thought it was just me but everyone gets annoyed when I have it on. My recommendation is, spend more more and get a high quality and functional anti-bark device.
