At Coty (OPI), we do not test our products on animals and are committed to ending animal testing across our industry.
All our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations and guidelines that are applicable in each country in which they are sold.
Coty’s human safety experts review our ingredients, as well as the finished products, by applying the best science, based on the use of recognized alternatives to animal testing, existing safety data and, increasingly, the sharing of such data with other parties and industries.
Some governments or agencies stipulate the testing of finished products on animals in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements. An example is China, where we continue to be involved in the dialogue with the Chinese authorities, including through our active membership of industry groups, to find alternatives to their use of animal testing
As part of our commitment to ending animal testing in the beauty industry, Coty has gone one step further than not testing on animals and formed a strategic partnership with Cruelty Free International (CFI), the leading organization working to end animal testing for cosmetics globally. Given our size and scale this partnership focuses on the following:
COVERGIRL is the largest makeup brand ever to receive the Leaping Bunny Certification, following a rigorous audit of the brand’s supply chain and ingredients. We are going to explore Leaping Bunny certification for other brands and certify at least one other brand to the Leaping Bunny standard by 2020.
We will use the knowledge we have gained about the global supply chain Leaping Bunny certification process to help drive more responsible practices across the beauty industry.
We will support Cruelty Free International in advocating for regulatory changes to end animal testing for cosmetics globally

Is this to be used with a lamp?  Lke the gel polish?

OPI Infinite Shine does not need a lamp to cure. It does require a well lit room and Infinite Shine 1 (Primer), Infinite Shine 2 (Color) and finish with Infinite Shine 3 (Gloss).

Question 4

Will the opi gel lacquer stain if i use opi start to finish or opi nail envy instead of prostay primer and prostay gloss?
