Used for a kayak, when fishing and didn't want to drift. Did what I needed and was decent size in the limited space of a kayak. Only used a few times so don't know long term, but this past season it did well for us.

Works perfectly for my kayak fishing, it's not bulky when I have to have it in my kayak. The amount of line is plenty for most of the spots I fish. I would recommend using a boat cleat in combination with an anchor trolley system to get the most out this item. Simple design and great quality.

The anchor works, I use it for kayak fishing. The only downside is that the rope is attached to the wrong end. It should be attached at the bottom end where the “arms” attach. You then fasten the rope to the top with a smallish zip tie. It allows that if the anchor gets stuck you can tug and break the zip tie to flip the anchor over and get it unstuck.

The weight is perfect

This anchor is absolutely perfect for a small boat like the one we use for fishing. It was well priced.

I have this to keep my Seadoo XP off the shore and away from rocks. It does well in the wakes and hasn't slipped in the mud. Good value!
