You simply unscrew the top from your Riverrun perfume cologne atomizer bottle, use the extractor from the kit that you will have to order, or one may come with your bottle, to extract the cologne or perfume from your bottle without a spray top, then squeeze it into the atomizer bottle until you fill it up, screw on the atomizer top and pump the top until it primes and you`re ready to smell so fresh and so clean.

The sprayer carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please send us a private message through your order history to discuss getting a replacement.

Q: Is the metal pump better than plastic?

I haven't had any problems with the metal pump; however, I don't use it daily. Whether metal or plastic, I suspect the longevity of each would be determined by use as well as the quality of the product.

Q: The video on how to refill it shows the woman using a very small funnel. Does this come with the product?

There is currently no video associated with this bottle. Any video Amazon is showing is for other products. The bottle comes with no funnel, as the opening is large enough to spray or pour fragrance directly into it. Should you decide you want a funnel, we do offer them in a set with transfer pipettes.
