I was a little hesitant to drop 3 hondos on a unit that claims to have all of the features and functions of $800 unit. But after reading the reviews and seeing how their customer service responded positively to any issue anyone had, I took a chance. Turns out the Android 8 Oreo unit with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM is a great unit. The install does require some knowledge of what you're doing, as with any head swap, but it is straight forward and really went normally. I did buy the compatible Metra Wiring Harness for my car to preserve the factory OEM wiring/plugs and spliced it into the Corehan harness. This allowed me to just plug everything in when I was ready. The only on-the-spot splicing I had to do was the amp triggerer, the back up trigger and the head unit dimmer wires (3 wires total). If you do not have a back up camera, external amplifier or dimmer connection, then you do not need to worry about this. The Metra Harness will have you covered.I did spend some extra time running the included GPS antenna out to the roof of my car, even though later I found out they recommend placing it inside on your dash, centered all the way forward. For now my works fine, and I like that the antenna gets a 360 degree view of the sky up on the roof. One minor issue is that the unit is about 1/16" wider than other units. My Metra Double Din Trim Plate did not fit. I used a utility knife and patiently trimmed both sides to fit the unit.I really like this unit and am buying another one for our other car. It is well worth the price. Loaded with features, and functions as expected.Update: 06.13.18Just installed a second Android 8 4GB RAM 32GB ROM unit in my 03 Escalade. Since this install is a higher end GM vehicle I had to spend about $100 extra to buy a wiring harness to retain my On-Star, Bose Amp and Speaker System, and the rear seat entertainment CD changer. For my app I bought the PAC RP5-GM11 wiring harness. Works perfectly.I learned from my first install that the GPS antenna should be mounted inside the vehicle. So I found a flat metal bar just about 1 inch under the plastic dash top just to the right side of the instrument cluster and mounted it there. Gets great signal through the dash.My AM radio was not working, so I went into the factory settings. First go to Settings, then Car, then Factory Settings, then enter code 126. Once in the Factory Settings select the Radio Tab and select America 2 setting and then select Apply and that solved my problem. While I was in there I changed 2 other settings.1. I changed the red, blue, green alternating lights to solid green when in Night Display. This is under the Other Tab. Labeled Panel LED Type. I just selected it and changed it to LED G then selected Apply. There are several options there.2. I also changed the start up screen to the Cadillac Emblem. It was under the Car Logo Tab. There are many different ones in there to choose from. Be sure to select Apply when you get the one you want. Just read the tabs while you're in there and you'll be able to easily navigate to these items. Be sure to select Exit when you are done and the unit will restart and you're done.Overall if you have a tablet and can navigate and personalize it without much problem, then you'll be able to navigate and personalize this unit too. Very happy with these 2 units. Well worth the price.

DON’T BUY! DANGEROUS WENT UP IN SMOKE
UPDATEAfter a few months of using this stereo. It created a fire hazard in my Wrangler. While on the freeway on my commute home, the stereo suddenly went black, a few seconds after the sound stopped, then followed by a rapid cloud of smoke that filled up my vehicle quickly. I had to roll the windows down, pull over because I couldn’t see, all while I was coughing from the smoke.I’m am very upset with this product. Prior to this happening I was in the market either way for a good product because the quality of this stereo was horrible to begin with. Now it became a dangerous hazard. I highly would advise to not purchase this stereo. I often won’t give a bad review without being fair and giving positive feedback, but this product needs to be pulled from the stores.———————————PROS:• Fits and almost looks like a stock radio• Easy to install basically plug and play• Canbus allows for steering wheel button controls and recognizes when in reverse.• Custom ambiance color• GPS signal so far is decentCONS: Too manyHere are the main frustrating cons >>• Bluetooth quality is horrible• System lags extremely• The output sound loudness is limited• Touch and button response has a major lag• Many of the useful apps like navigation apps and music apps like Spotify only work with WiFi so you need to tether your phones WiFi or get a separate data line and 3g doogle• The WiFi antenna was broken on delivery• System response is still slow even after connecting to a fast WiFi source•.The screen turns on every time you change a track or bump the volume• The monitors lowest brightness level limited and still bright• The only function the source buttons takes you to is the radio, so you can’t cycle through the different sources• No quick mute button• Volume control response is very slow and you don’t have full range volume control so just like the brightness each turn or bump in volume has a set increment so the lowest you can have your volume is mute next step up is pretty loud with no option for anything in between.• So far the wired microphone is useless it does have a mic on the deck which I haven’t tried yet but I would have to take the dash apart to unplug the wired mic. I wish in the settings you could choose which mic to use.• Bluetooth does not pick up all available Bluetooth sources• Bluetooth often has a hard time reconnecting to previous source example > smart phoneI have yet to attempt to connect cameras or other video sources or a data service. So I can’t comment on those features. In conclusion the concept of the this deck is great but is far from functional.

Not bad, but not the best. Good bang for the buck
It fits well. Looks like a factory radio with a touch screen. It can load up apps through App Store, but not all apps are compatible. Item is as decribed. Has wifi, Bluetooth, and built in mic. If you try to watch video via bt, the audio is slightly delayed. Uses google maps for gps, but it does seem to lag a bit. If you are patient, it's no problem. Google maps also doesn't continue to run in the background. It does what I want, and I'm patient so I don't mind the lag as much.

Easy to install, lots of features, great price. Would recommend.
This unit was easy to install, fits nicely in my 2014 Jeep Compass, and has more features than many of the OEM units. I've noticed just two relatively minor issues:First, every once in a while when I start my vehicle, the unit powers on but the screen does not. I can control the radio via the hardware buttons, but the screen will be unresponsive. I've found if I turn the vehicle off and back on again, the screen comes back on. I'm not sure if this is maybe a CAN BUS decoder issue, or a power issue, but it only happens occasionally. It happens infrequently enough to not be an issue for me.Secondly, the unit can be a little bit sluggish when running some other Android apps. But the most important apps (i.e., radio, built-in iGo Navigation, A2DP, etc.) work very well. The best thing about this unit is the cost. You get a lot of features for a much more reasonable price than the OEM units. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
