Love this, feels so good after a workout!Hate when my muscles feel so tight right after a workout and sometimes sore the next day, so I have added this to my post-workout stretching. I stretch first and then use this. It feels so good!Then if I have sore muscles when I wake up, I again do the stretch followed by the muscle roller massage. Makes a huge difference!One final use I have for this is when I get muscle spasms. I roll the muscles with this massage stick and it almost always stops the spasms (if not I go to the stretch routine followed by this roller massage and it has always stopped the spasms).My son saw me using this muscle roller massager and of course needed one of his own!Quality is great. Well made and sturdy!The price and quality made this so worth it! Will likely send one of these to another son who lives across the country and has started working out at a gym.Love that it comes with a cover too so I can store it just about anywhere without getting the roller dirty!

I love this massage stick! My husband and I do massages with this stick to each other and this is a lot of fun. Also, his back pain got better.

Good massaging tool. It massages all hard to reach areas of your body, I would suggest to watch "How To" video as it shows so many tips of the areas and how to best using this roller stick, It works on entire body, and cover large space at once unlike those small devises. It also perfect tool for massaging not only yourself but also your partner.

I really like this muscle roller, I already own a different massage roller stick but also wanted to try this one and was pleasantly surprised.it came quickly, well packaged, in a nice box, and with a carrying case. its made very sturdy and i like how the handles are shaped which makes it easy and convenient to grab the roller stick, and also these handles can be used for acupressure.I like using this muscle roller stick on my own back and my husband's back, and also on my feet as a foot massager which feels wonderful when your feet are tired.I would recommend this product!

Cheap plastic.

We ordered this product because all of us have some aches and muscles pains. The order was delivered on time, which is always a big positive.I have to tell you, it works so great. Each of us got a back and neck massage, much better than even expected.It's is going to be used daily.
