Beautiful & very, very SHARP! I simply moved the knife/ block over to wipe surrounding countertop and felt a slight tingle,like a few tricks of a needle, very subtle. It took me a few minutes and drops of blood to realize I had cut myself thru that light contact. Best knife set I have ever owned, really sharp you will love them for the price I don't think you can find a better deal

Very sharp good quality

Loved the quality, style, look, and variety of knives. The quality is worth the price for the knives themselves. The extras were less impressive. Although they came with protective gloves, a sharpener and carrier... they were all flimsy and very basic. The "protective" carrier was thin and no match for the knives it held and only had SMALL plastic pieces protecting just the tips of the knives with most of the blade exposed. The sharpener looked like a cheap keychain trinket. Overall the knives are worth it. Would have paid the same without the crappy extras which is the ONLY reason these knives get 4 stars.

I bought these to replace a mismatched set of Henckels I have had for several years. Those are going to the RV. These knives arrived and I was skeptical that they were well made. I was wrong. The handles fit very nicely and seem like good quality. The blades are solid and feel durable. They arrive VERY sharp right out of the box. The biggest downside to them is that after you use them you have to carefully hand-wash and dry them. Not really a big deal unless you are not careful, as mentioned, they are sharp! Don't ask me how I know :(

Just got done butchering a beef and these knifes held up well. I compared these to some other professional brands and they were great. And a very reasonable price. I'd totally buy them again if I had a need
