Our maid loves it
Its not possible for a human being to kneel and wipe the whole floor. Go against the advice of people who say why should we spend money for maids ? Buy them this. Durable, lightweight and the wheels have not broken down over the past 1 year that we have been using this.

Product parts missing
Bad product, no return option is provided for which I have to order the product twice in one purchase I didn't get any mop stick with it, for I didn't even get replacement so I have to purchase another one but same thing happened no mopstick in it either. Disappointment at its pick.

It's great when it works
Bought: March 2023Writing: November 2024It was amazing for 1.5 years, but now the handle or the wringer is not working. Tried looking at online videos to understand how to fix it, but nothing seems to be fixing it.
