Don't waste your money.
I liked the look and the price of this device, but I bought a pair and only one worked. Of course, you don't figure out it doesn't work until the batteries are in and it's full of soap. At that point it didn't seem worthwhile to send back a dispenser full of soap. So, I ordered another pair. Two of these worked initially, but now only work intermittently and require the buttons be pushed each time. Then, they squirt soap all over the counter top.

Best Buy for Your Buck
I recently purchased several different soap dispensers for different rooms. This model worked best. There are several offers ostensibly from different vendors, but apparently from the same manufacturer. Not only were these the least expensive (per unit), but they were also the only ones that came with batteries included (even tho the packaging claimed that batteries were not included). It may not be the fanciest looking of the dispensers offered, but does not take up much counter space. It's also easy to fill (too easy to overfill if you're not careful) and cleans up easily with a damp cloth or paper towel. So, if you need 2 dispensers, this is easily the best buy. If you only need one, then look for the same design at lowest price.

Good, but doesn't last
This is the second set of 2 that I have bought now. The first set slowly just stops working. The motor is fine, but it just stops dispensing soap. I thought I would try a second set just to see, but not expecting them to work long term. First set lasted 6 months.

Half woeked great other half no so much.
This unit came in a twp pack. One of tge units works great. Just as expected. The other unit worked for 2 days and quit working. We changed the batteries and soap. We even tried using seval different consistency of soap no luck. We can not even hear the motor trying to run.

A fine product
These are great. Work perfectly. You can adjust the flow of soap to three different levels. I dinged it one star only because unlike competitors (which I also own), it doesn't have separate buttons like +/- to increase or decrease the flow. You have to push a single button on this one and watch how many little indicator lights flash to know if you are at flow rate 1, 2, or 3. It's not hard to do, but having up/down buttons is even more user-friendly. I would have given this one 4.8 if that was an option.

Stopped working after 1 year
Complete junk!Worked fine for 6 months and then started needing multiple passes to get enough soap. Replacing the batteries did nothing to change this. After a year, both units stopped working. In one, the plastic tube going from the soap tank to the pump mechanism came loose. In the other, the pump motor runs but does not dispense any soap.

Great dispensers. If you have more than one sink ...
Great dispensers. If you have more than one sink in your house take the savings and get the two pack, or you'll miss this item when you're at your sink without it. I haven't had a single accidental discharge of soap yet and they've been set up for about a week, but I do think I'm going to put a little drip tray on my counter for guests who may not know what they're doing and make a mess. Setting it up is really simple. The feet are a nice touch. Very well made. I started out with an 'As Seen on TV' automatic dispenser that died on me shortly after. I was a little nervous trying another type, but these do not disappoint in quality. They are not compatible with foaming soap which is something I'd like to see in the future, but you can use them with hand sanitizer or thinner lotions as well.

Not waterproof.
3 Stars for not being 'waterproof'. It says so on the box in the front but on the back it says its not. If you get it wet, wipe it 'immediately' with a dry cloth. 3 Stars for the color. The top and the bottom parts are a light gold greenish color. It happens to match our kitchen and bathroom pretty good. I was expecting them to be all brushed stainless colored. 3 Stars for being made in China, like everything else I have. The 3 settings for the amount of soap works pretty well, and like this feature. How long it last before not working will be the real test. 'If' they last a couple years, I'll be happy. I will come back to this review 'if' they don't last very long.UPDATE: One lasted 9 months and the other one lasted almost a year and a half. After changing the batteries a few time my wife and I decided the battery operated soap dispensers aren't worth the money or effort. We have switch back to the old fashion manual pumps that cost around $6 and uses no batteries. Fun while they lasted but not worth it to us in the end.
