Door Lock Cylinder with Key Set Compatible with Ford E150 E250 E350 Econoline Van F150 F250 F350 Explorer Ranger

A couple of my locks were causing me issues on my van. The little dust/dirt cover where the key goes in broke and was stopping the key from being inserted. These locks were fairly easy after googling a "how to" video. They work smoothly now and I no longer have issues.

Was delivered 2 days early and the lock tumblers were very easy to install. Only wish there were printed instructions instead of having to youtube. Would be 5 star if there were instructions included.

The media could not be loaded. First off! Both of the door looks had the linkage brackets on upsidedown and when I flipped them to correct the problem I found that both brackets were for drivers door so I had to use an old one! For the ignition! When installing, the metal contact for the key-in door chime kept sliding off and jamming the cylinder from going in. And if that was not enough! When it was installed the key would not come out! Why you say? Because when it was manufactured the pin that locks the cylinder into the steering column was installed upsidedown! So it wouldn't lock into the steering column! So I flipped the pin and now the key comes out cylinder locks in column but the chime rings with the key out at times. So I can't use the cylinder! The only reason I bought this was because the passenger door lock was bad and I didn't want Two Keys, but of course I did the doors first because they are more difficult. End result is I have to Keys because I had to keep the old ignition so it doesn't BEEP!!! Giant Headache!!! Save yourself some serious trouble and don't buy this product!! Every piece had a problem!!! The plastic around the ignition key is flimsy also! Last pic shows cylinder lock pin installed correctly. Hope this helps someone!

These are a great lock cylinder for replacement.

I've purchased two of these sets and the ignition switch cylinder does not install, will not go all the way in to the column. First one broke while trying to pull it back out after a failed installation. Second one is stuck in the column about 3/8" from being fully inserted and will not move in nor out. Additionally, be advised that the '99 Ford F-150 has an anti theft system that requires a chipped key, which this set does not have.

Quick simple fix. I put them in my 2008 Ranger, says only fits upto 2003, these Rangers don't think much changed in the years they made them

Works great. Got it for my 2001 f350 . The pin was upside down . I had to flip it I order for it to go in. Otherwise it works great .
