This book had some good points, however not very insightful. I don’t think that it was what I was looking looking for.

Helpful
This was more helpful than another short book I read! In fact, I went, "aha! That's why I feel that way." A few times. I'm giving it a 4 because I wish it gave more examples of how to specifically set boundaries.

Decent Advice- needs editing.
The advice wasn’t bad but the author neglected to use proper punctuation, sometimes sentences didn’t have a point and sometimes the perspective of the voice changed from one person to another mid sentence.

This is not helpful, and is poorly written. It’s also very short as the printing is HUGE!
None of this information is new, and is just common sense if you know what setting boundaries means. It is also VERY repetitive and doesn’t make a lot of sense in some parts. One of the sentences is literally unfinished… waste of money and I actually read the whole book in 10-25 minutes because it is LARGE PRINT! Thumbs down 👎🏻.
