Spigen Ultra Hybrid Case Compatible with Google Pixel 6a - Crystal Clear

When I bought the Pixel 6a earlier this year I bought the official Google cover at the same time thinking it would be a quality product - it's a two part item (soft cover glued to a harder plastic inner shell) that's now coming unglued and no longer snug to the 'phone. On receipt of the 'phone I also bought the Spigen screen protector and I wish now I'd bought the Spigen case at the same time. It's a much nicer product than the Google case - nicer feel and as it's transparent you can see the back of the 'phone. There's plenty of reassuring "bumper" around the edges - I'm into watersports so I wanted the extra protection. It's a very good snug fit, and has the cutouts in all the right places (camera, charging port, microphone, speakers). Very happy customer.

I bought my buggy, glitchy Pixel 6a direct from Google based on all the OTT reviews - man do I regret not test driving it first!Ho Hum... stuck with it now till it breaks I suppose!What does this have to do with Spigen I hear you cry? Well, I bought a cover from Google at the same time and it's already died (yes, phone covers can 'die'... rubber had warped and plastic inner has cracked/broken).I discovered Spigen years ago and have always found their products high quality and affordable, they do not disappoint!PS: the Spigen cover wasn't available when I bought the phone, so that's why I went elsewhere!

This is one of the better cases available for the Pixel 6A. But all Pixel 6 and 6A cases have the problem of how to get around the camera bar - leave it unprotected or rise over it. This case takes the latter approach.Unfortunately, this extra thickness isn't limited to the camera bar, and instead the same thickness continues right to the bottom, completely unnecessarily. This means the bottom is about 3 to 4mm thick at the back - for not really any practical purpose.I have no comment on yellowing, as I haven't noticed it yet. But it might not be a bad thing, as the edges really refract the light a bit too much - the case always looks shiny, but in a plasticky way.Still, the case is grippy and seems well protected, even if the end result is not the prettiest.

Good fit, no burrs, good solid buttons.Worth the little extra.

Good protection, and unobtrusive.

My favourite thing I look for a in a case it's grip and ability to not slip from your hands. I've had this for a month for my new Pixel and it holds really well. Fits the phone perfectly, button covers are perfectly cut.Only real test is to see if it yellows over time. Will update in a few months.

Case fits fine, looks great and protected my partner's phone for a year. However it started going orange before that but the manufacturer replied to my emails on that matter.The one thing that had been annoying me with the pixel 6a was a terrible feedback when on a call to my partner. I could hear myself back over the call. It was weird and couldn't work out what it was... Until we removed the case! The feedback went away immediately.To test I had her remove the case and put it back on while.on a call to me and it was definitely caused by the case but not sure why. My pixel 5 doesn't have this issue.Overall the case does it's job but the call quality issues caused by the case definitely mean I won't buy another but having not tried another brand yet I am curious if they also have the same issue.

Fits and protects well but it becomes dirty quickly and gives the feeling that the phone is dirty. Also it has become yellow in a few months!I need to change it already after just 6 months

The case is just as advertised. Clear with an hard plastic backplate. I do not know yet if discoloration takes place and after what time that occurs.
