Man on the Run Paperback – July 3, 2017

Ok the book was great, but I can only give 4 stars because lately mr. Weber you seem to forget most of us are loyal readers and that we remember details about the characters in your books. I don't understand why Allens son the one he made rose give up her rights to was not mentioned in the book ...choir director 2 was the same way.... when we read your books we fall in love with your characters!! you can't just dismiss important details of their lives like It never happened!! Especially a child.... while its fiction it would be nice for your follow ups to be consistent with original storyline .. Ijs

I am part of a women's book club- so I wonder if this story would be more meaningful to male readers than female. Although,I didn't care for all the expletives on what seemed like every other page, I thought the story line was a fair depiction of honoring friendship and standing by/ up for each other.

Awesome novel that kept me trying to guess what would happen next. Unpredictable. I absolutely recommend reading it. Carl Weber did it again. Characters from his other book was here (I'm not going to ruin it by saying who). This is a must read and I'm anxiously awaiting the next novel. 5 stars!!!!!

Carl delivered with this one just like he does in ALL of his books, I loved it! The storyline was so unbelievable, with Jay trying to clear his name and get his life back, and just when you think you've figured it out, Carl flips us a loop!! Great read, looking for a follow-up!

When I say I am in awe of this man's writing is an understatement. Carl Weber is an excellent writer. This book is a page turner and will have you hooked from the first page. When I tell you that the ending will leave you speechless is an understatement. My mouth was open and I was wanting more from the last line in the book. Definitely 5 stars Mr.Weber definitely 5 stars.

Carl Weber never disappoints. All of his booms are well worth it. I loved all of the drama and how he incorporated characters from his other Books. He forever has me as a fan!

This was a page turner and a great read. Based on the ending, it sounds like there’ll be a sequel.

This book showed the length true friends would go for each other. They fought each other but in the end their love and devotion for each other was very strong

Disappointed. I thought I'd be in for a real ride with this on; for how expensive this book cost. It is definitely on the higher end. I went over my budget. Really had an open mind. However the book was almost comical( the fugitive dressing as a women, lol) at times and point blank Just ridiculous. I say this because the story went to a ransom needed by this fugitive and his friends for the return of photos of fugitive daughter with a lesbian lover. Etc etc. This is so 2017 these days. Almost every women is bisexual or lesbian these days. So not with the times. As the for the author talent of getting the story across was excellent. He has superb penmanship;very easy to understand; clear and concise. The book was very organized. Still enjoyable book to read. I read it; however I will bypass this author to the latter future for now. I will read another book by carl weber in 2018.
