Coaching and Mentoring: Practical Techniques for Developing Learning and Performance 4th Edition

This book is a good overview of coaching and mentoring. I am a coach and so I think it's a great resource for coaches as it lays out the opportunities and complexities in coaching. There are various coaching models shared but I imagine that most credentialed coaches were trained in specific modes but it's good to see how the models differ. It is not a book that will turn you into a coach! I especially appreciated the section on supervision and continued growth for coaches.The section on team coaching would be helpful to a team leader with the key point being that culture matters.All in all a good tool.
