I expected so much more out of it and it ended up being just ok -- sometimes too self-absorbed, too concerned with its own pain type of book

Opening the book there are 7 blank pages at the front of the book and 6 at the end. 24 or so blank pages in total. This is from a total of 114 pages including notes, tables of content, registration information, and others. Page 83 titled notes appear in the book twice. Once at the front and again at the end.
