Worked great for hurricane Irma relief!I bought 2 similar 1000w inverters and this one worked GREAT! The other one needed special adapters and didn't even come with all the right parts. THIS ONE just clipped to my car battery and ran my full size kitchen fridge for hours and hours until our power was restored by the power company.It did exactly what we needed and couldn't have been easier to use!

I bought one one these in advance of hurricane Irma. Its been attached to my idling car running 15 house per day powering the fridge and my computer with absolutely no issues. Could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Bought this for emergency power during storms, blackouts, etc. I ran a dry run test and was able to power a full size fridge, 32" tv, Dish box, wifi, cell phone booster, 20" box fan, and a lamp at the same time without exceeding the power limit and without the unit over heating. It's an impressive unit and much more reliable than small engine gas generators. I highly recommend this product for emergencies or just camping out.

I installed this in my F250 Super Duty and now I don't have to break out my gas generator when I want to operate small power tools or power up the converter that operates the electric tongue jacks on my trailers. With 1000 watts of power this unit handles about any 120 volt electric drill, saw or grinder that I carry on the truck. Anything bigger like a table saw or large drill you will still need something with more power but for it's price and size this is a true value.

I have a 100W unit from another manufacturer and thought this would just be a simple upgrade. Well, not exactly. This unit has a fan that goes all the time regardless of the power or heating conditions. I also tried connecting a fully charged 80Ah battery with a load I measured at slightly less than 1A. The battery was drained in less than 10 hours. It might be related to the fact that I plugged in an electric fan which hummed louder than if a standard outlet is used, indicating that inductive loads are not a good idea with this thing.In any case, if you have lots of DC power to burn then this inverter will supply lots of wattage to your loads. But don't expect it to also be very efficient.

Works like a charm. Had it mounted under the hood of a Jeep, with the vehicle idling for 4 hours. No issues with heat (was warm but never got ‘hot’) but it was very cool outside. Ran 1000 LED lights with no blown fuses. Several people had issues with their inverters as well as blowing fuses on their lights (all issues were with other brand 1000w inverters).

I bought this one to save my family because hurricane Florence is coming. I can't believe this product doesn't work even I used it for only ONE time. It will kill all my families cause we can't go out during the hurricane.
