This is just a great product. I've been using it for a little over a year and it's helped significantly. In the beginning, I wasn't taking it consistently because I would just forget and I could feel the difference. I started taking it regularly and it's made all the difference.

They continued to get worse to the point I could no longer excercise
I NEVER write reviews...ever. But this products effects are worth mentioning. I “had” severe ovarian cysts. Ended up at the doctors every couple months for rupturing cysts. They continued to get worse to the point I could no longer excercise. Also my periods were erratic and just not right altogether. Doctors kept trying to put me in BC pills but I refused cause the side effects have always been awful for me. Started taking DIM. Have been on it for about 4 months and everything has changed. No more cysts or cysts pain, periods are regular after years and years, and all my pre-menspsuse symptoms are gone. Cant say enough good things about this product :)
