NOW Foods Supplements, 7-Keto (DHEA Acetate-7-one) 100 mg, Weight Management*, 120 Veg Capsules

I’be used many products from this brand in the past. Around 20 years ago, in addition to significantly shifting my eating habits to a much cleaner diet, I also changed the supplement brands I was using. This is a brand that was originally recommended to me by nutritional specialists in a natural food store I frequently shop in and because of the great experiences I’ve had with this particular brand it is the one I first go to when I am purchasing supplements for myself or my family. I’ve been taking this product for the past 2 months and can see a difference in my waist circumference and I feel more energetic. For reference, I’m fairly slender but I’ve not been diligent about engaging in regular daily cardio or specific activities to target my belly area, which has been my concern. I’ve also had three children (including twins) and while I’ve increased my physical activity because of the summer months, that’s typical for me and I can see a difference in my body composition now that once been taking this product that I hadn’t seen in previous summers.

I have been using this product from now for many months, I can say that it is of good quality and in my opinion it works

No problem with product but the site wouldn't allow me to leave details about problems with delivery. I live in a secure building with delivery instructions for call box usage and where to leave packages posted on the door (packages are to be left in hallway outside the destination apt, NOT outside the bldg). A package for a different apt WAS left outside my apt in the hallway, but mine was left outside the bldg where it would likely have been stolen had I not been home.

I suffer from severe bloating and food allergies that had all but stopped my metabolism dead (I am 34 yrs old). After a week and a half on Now brand Keto-7, I have de-bloated or deflated! I am going to the bathroom twice or three times as much, and feel younger and more energetic. I even feel a better mood and less cranky. I feel so much better, it's as if a fog was lifted from my life. So far, I have gone down one dress size and my boyfriend is in SHOCK at how different I look. Not much weight loss so far, it's more about significant inches lost so far, but I will update this one month from now to see how it's going. I am so in love with this stuff! I also feel no depression, whereas before I was feeling crippling depression. I haven't felt like this in ten years. I just gotta be grateful to my neighborhood health store worker who told me that Dr. Oz had recommended this. I was so skeptical, so I researched it for a week and decided that out of all of the things Dr. Oz had recommended, this would be the best because it's stuff your body would naturally make. And it sure is working for me! I am now very interested in Relora and just ordered it too to combine the effects.I work so hard working-out a lot and eating 1500 or so calories a day and still kept gaining weight and looking more boxy and bloated every day. All my clothes were so tight; I had never been so heavy in my life. Suddenly, a week and a half after taking this, my stomach is down three inches already! All over, my body already looks so much better. My boyfriend has the hots for me and I'm just so relieved this bloating nightmare is over.I recommend eating lots of healthy food, mostly greens (70% of your plate should be greens or veggies), giving up ALL wheat 100% (wheat bloats!), and taking Keto 7 to see results as fast as mine. I am now only doing one hour of yoga and a 40 minute walk a couple of times a week, instead of 2-3 hours of brutal cardio and weights daily. Life is easier for me not having to do all that exercise that I hated and trading it for moderate or gentle exercise. I just ordered the same brand Relora supplements and can't wait to try both together! Wish me luck!

I find that NOW 7-keto DHEA works very well for appetite suppression, and increasing energy while experiencing calorie restriction (intermittent fasting). I've seen people comment that they thought this didn't work, or that they didn't know if it actually worked. You must dose this, like MOST supplements with body weight in mind (higher body weight requires a greater dose) -- and keep in mind that your body does not store this. We have seen much greater absorption putting the contents of the capsule under the tongue for some time before swallowing what residue is left (there is practically no taste). This has dramatically increased energy production (increases thermal expenditure), reduced cortisol production (helping tot preserve muscle mass), and has an appetite suppressive effect, even with 16 hour intermittent fasting. The price, though better than many others is still disappointing. This chemical (7-keto DHEA acetate) should not cost this much.
