I take about 3 tabs when I take these and literally the following day I instantly noticed a change in my nails and hair length. I am also a nail bitter and I’ve noticed that it’s been really hard to bite off my nails now that I take these so there is definitely some evidence of increased nail strength and durability. I’ll definitely invested again when I run out!

I hope I'm wrong, but when my nails start to soften again, it's because it's Biotin but not D-Biotin.

Good source of biotin. Should work on your hair thickness and growth.

They are ok, really don't feel much of a diference.

There's not much to say about a vitamin because it takes a lot of time to see the results. And your actual results could be a response to something other than the vitamin. So I will just say that the packaging was good and not tampered with. The capsule is easy to swallow. And I hope for good results.
