Great value for money. Easy to use and very effective. I could feel an impact after just a couple of minutes of using it. Great product!

This is very effective and is great if you can't do a lot of the traditional type of aerobic exercises.The only fault for me, so far, is that the foot plates are not flat. So when you use it in shoes/trainers, the centre of the foot plates are slightly higher than the rest, causing your shoe to rock slightly backwards and forwards. This makes it harder to keep your balance.Aside from that though, they're very good 😀

Just a gimmick that ticktok made me buy. Not worth the money and definitely have not felt any benefits in my legs.Would say these are potentially dangerous if you’re knees and hips aren’t aligned

If you’re looking for a fun exercise gadget OMG these are what you need. These are absolutely amazing. I can’t believe I haven’t bought them earlier. Absolutely love them, so much fun & easy. Got them delivered today and I’ve already been on them 4x doing 100 to 200 twists each time.. FUN FUN FUN

Is heel leuk om te doen , en ik weeg 80 kg het houd mij makkelijk. Door de antislip aan de onderkant verschuift het niet . En na een paar minuten voel ik het al echt in mijn spieren. Ideaal dat het geen geluid maakt . Dus je kan prima muziek luisteren of tv kijken en makkelijk op te bergen!
