I purchased this doll as a birthday gift for my mother-in-law who has an advanced stage of dementia. It was a difficult choice for me purchasing a baby doll for an adult woman who had always been so vibrant and full of life but I had read how comforting it can be for those with dementia to have something to hold and nurture. This gift has gone way beyond what we had hoped for. She absolutely loves this baby, has given it a name and whenever she is agitated she can easily be calmed down with the baby. We all need to feel like someone needs us and this doll has been a blessing.

I bought this awhile ago and put it up for my daughter. I debated on when to give it to her, and I am so glad I did. She is 5 years old and she is seriously obsessed with her baby. She takes it everywhere she goes and everyone thinks it is a real baby. We have loved watching her care for her baby. The only downside is the hair is thin and she has to be super careful when brushing it (even using the comb they sent) so she doesn't pull it out. But she loves the little hat that it came with so she doesn't care and just leaves it on most of the time. It does look really cute with little headbands too and newborn clothes fit her perfectly. I felt like for the price it was perfect for her and I so glad we decided to give it to her this year.

We love this doll! My MIL had gotten one for one of my daughters and when she showed it to me I had to get one for my other daughter also!! My girls love babies and this doll is the perfect size/weight for them to take care of like a real baby. I saw it came with a paci but thought it would just be a prop but they can actually use it cause its magnetic and stays on the dolls mouth. I was a slacker and forgot to buy diapers for the doll and to my surprise she already has a diaper so my daughter was able to reuse that and change the doll till we got tot the store. Her head, arms, and legs are wrapped in plastic to protect them during the shipping process and her hair had a net on it protecting it also.We would recommend this doll to anyone looking for a lifelike doll.

I bought this for my Mom who has advanced Alzheimer's disease. It was recommened by her doctor who said often times a baby doll is very comforting in her situation. He said although her short term memory is gone now she still has long term memories of the years when she had her children in the 50's! Nursing staff at the assisted living facility says she carries the baby doll around all the time, all day and all night. Such a comfort to her! She just turned 95.

I love this baby doll, and it smells heavenly!! I purchased this for my baby obsessed 4 year old for Christmas this year. She hasn't received it yet, but I'm positive she will adore her. I love everything about this doll, except the posing is very difficult to do. You have to take her clothes off or move them out of the way. There's no way my daughter would be able to do this on her own.

Bought this for our daughter's birthday and was a little worried about the "creepy hair" described in the other reviews. To our pleasant surprise, the hair is soft and not at all creepy. Our daughter is thrilled! (She does keep the hat on mostly, however, as it does seem like a LOT of hair for what should be an infant). She carries the doll everywhere and pretends to be her mommy. She's so happy with this doll - we've bought others in the past that she hasn't been very interested in and she has spent HOURS over the past month playing with this one.

I wanted something that wasn't going to pee or poop everywhere like the baby Alive dolls. So I bought this for my 6 year old daughter and I have to say, this baby is adorable! I am 39 years old she is MY favorite baby! She looks so real and is the perfect size. Just like an actual baby! I wish we had dolls like this when WE were little. We purchased this doll for my child who had wanted a "reborn" doll for some time. We did lots of research, shopped around on multiple sites, and this was what we landed on. This is a really nice doll, a great value for the money and my child is beyond thrilled. It has the look of a real baby and is the size of one, too. The lashes and hair are nice and are well attached. It comes with a diaper, long-sleeved onesie, pants, a hat, socks, pacifier, bottle, and birth certificate. We highly recommend it!
