Pan works well but a titch large for my oven
You can use this pan to "air fry" in your oven if you have a convection setting. But the pan is a bit oversized for my Australian oven (450x370 wall to wall). Still, it works fine on a tilt for chips/fries.

Not like pictured
The pan I got was totally different from the picture. The holes on the pan I got were bigger and more sparse. Smaller and densely placed holes were on the advertised pan. I used it to bake bread at 450F and the bread bottom remained white, not browned. Bad heat distribution! I bought the pan for ~$12, on sale from $28. It performed worse than my $10 pan. Not worth the price $12 or $28

The Answer to many of Life's Not-Crispy-Enough Problems
Excellent for reheating pastries, making. puff pastry anything, even the ubiquitous spud puppy / tater tots come out better with these. I love them for crostini, too. Avoids any sogginess / lack of crispiness. Basically, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend these.

Yes, it will make your fries crispy!
The holes are bigger in person, which is why I think it works so well at crisping. Easy to clean too!
