Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only minor problem was that I didn't completely understand how to connect both solar panels at the same time, so YouTube it is 🤣

Nice unit worth to buy it does everything else I needed to do

UPDATE: The power button does not function, this item no longer turns on without an external power source even though it is 100% charged. I bought it for emergencies, which renders it almost useless.After a lot of research I chose this unit over the competition because it produced the most power for the $. I bought this for emergencies and it's really a useful tool. The customer service is responsive, and took good care of me when I had questions. I'd buy again.

This is a review for both the solar generator and the customer service. I’ve had this unit for two months and it has completely died. It won’t charge or turn on. There’s something running inside the box (maybe a fan), but there is no power to anything, including the LED screen. I only use this unit to power a mini fridge and occasionally recharge my laptop or phone. I only charge it according to the directions, using either the recommended solar panels or the included AC power cord. There’s no way to check for a fuse, as the entire box is sealed and the warranty is voided if you open it up. I’ve tried to reach out to the manufacturer for warranty support (I did register the warranty), but they only replied to ask where I bought it, and then nothing. I’ve been ghosted.

Although I haven't hooked up the panels yet, the main unit, delivers a lot of power and is great for battery back up and for running a small induction stove while camping. When an issue came up with the power button, the company helped me take care of the situation within a very short period of time. Thank you ALLPOWERS.

When I plug my 30amp RV plug into the Solar generator the AC runs VERY slowly. When I use a 30 to 15 adapter and plug it into the Solar Generator regular plugs the RV AC works normal. I have the ALLPOWERS S2000 Pro with panels.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased a few weeks ago. It weighs more than I expected, but still is manageable to care. Love the fact that it displays the output and input when charging or discharged. The reason that it revived a 4 star from me , is because, when the fan activates, it makes this buzzing sound like the fan is hitting something internal. Other than that, so far I am ok with it for now!

So far / so good. Arrived faster than stated. Some components (like adapter plugs) arrived a few days later prompting me to cancel orders. Time and amount of power seems low though. I am running internet with Wyze cams, thermostat, 3 water sensors and various other electric Vampires.Should be enough to get us through a night of glamping though. I will update next month after 3 weeks of use.
