I have a chronic sleep disorder and bought this product hoping to fall asleep an stay asleep. Sadly, I didn't even nap, but was awake and alert the entire night, until the sun rose when I gave up. I do not recommend this product.

This item seamed to work ok, but completely over priced.

I have been taking this at bedtime for at least 6 months and I really do think it is helping me sleep better. I combine it either with a cbd gummie or a homeopathic calming remedy.

Natural and safe ingredients for restful sleep. No "hangover" in the morning. Very effective. I would recommend this to anyone who has difficulty getting a good night's rest. I have been using it for over a year! Nothing works better and I have tried them all. I love the all natural ingredients. It won`t disappoint.
