More concealable and comfortable than speed loaders.
Im sure most revolver users would agree that speed loaders are faster than speed strips, however, in some situations, speed loaders arent an option. I have a taurus poly judge whose grip impedes the use of speed loaders, so I bought this to hold two speed strips holding five 45 colt rounds each. The design is well thought out and the strips are easily accessible when attached to a belt. The divider inside the pouch is useful for keeping the rounds from slipping deeper into the pouch where it would be difficult to access them quickly. I was a bit skeptical about this pouch at first, but its turned out to be quite comfortable for all day carry as well as a easily concealable. I still prefer speed loaders, but this has become my go to because of ease of use and comfort.

Needs belt loops!!!
Was mistaken when I bought this, thought it attached to a belt for quick access during reload? It takes two hands to reload any handgun and I don’t have a third hand to open and hold the case while removing one of the two clips to reload a revolver? It needs belt loop or internal stitching reenforced to push belt through.

No belt loop
Seems like a quality product, but I should have read the reviews regarding the absence of a way to attach this to a belt. The flap could be used for that purpose, but then you risk the entire pouch falling to the ground when opened. However, it's perfect for pocket or off-body carry just to store extra rounds. Would have been 5 stars if it had a belt loop.

Fits .44 Sp like it was made for it.
I've got two .44 Sp speed strips in this pouch and it fits like a glove. I can recommend this product for big-bore revolver cartridges. The only improvement I could suggest is to integrate a velcro flap on the back -- kind of like Sticky holsters -- so you could wear this on your waistband w/out a belt. Over here, we wear a lot of shorts -- and no belt.

Unobrusive Ammunition Protection
Using stripper clips, this pouch slips easily into shirt, coat or pants pocket without any outward hint that it's carrying spare ammo, unlike speed loader type ammo clips which bulge and can easily drop their load into a pocket unless handled very carefully. While the strippers could go into the pocket unprotected, this wallet sized pouch keeps out that inevitable pocket debris from the ammunition. Because it's fastened with Velcro, there's no fumbling with snaps or catches.

Well made
Normally it is enough just to carry the speed strips in your pocket. However, hollow point ammo will tear the hell out of your pockets. So I do recommend this if you are carrying reloads for hours on end. I have these, and others similar that have lasted for years.

Perfect for 8 round speed strips
This pouch holds two 8 round 357/38 speed strips perfectly. The pouch holds the strips securely but they are easily removed from the pouch with very little effort when needed. The pouch fits easily on my belt and stays close to my body for easy concealment.
