I was informed if there were any issues to definitely let them know and they would definitely fix it ASAP! Very surprised the clarity at these headphones seeing as though there is only one. I'm used to having a full-set in both ears. These are very comfortable and not annoying at all; Makes you feel like you're not really wearing anything on the ear. These were definitely a great buy!

Case it comes with doesn't charge the headset.No voice activated features for call pickup or announcing caller name like a Plantronic.I've been a long time lover and user of Plantronics Voyagers and Legends to listen to audiobooks and for business meetings. I broke and/or lost my headsets and thought I would give this one a try.It isn't a Plantronic and I definitely miss the features above, but it's a good solid bluetooth with a long battery life and decent volume (audiobooks can be really quiet). For half the price, it's great. But you get what you pay for.

Just got this today. I needed a replacement for a Plantronics 5200 that got physically crushed. Amazon was going to take three days to ship me a replacement Plantronics 5200, but this Wistmar K 10 unit could be shipped in one day. Considering the low price, I took the chance on it.The description does not state the number of microphones used for noise cancellation. But judging from its physical appearance this microphone appears to be a knockoff of the three microphone Plantronics Voyager Legend.I just tested it with DragonDictate. I use it in an acoustically very difficult environment with hard walls, floors and windows. When I correct its transcription mistakes, and I listen to the playback, and I can hear a fair amount of echo. In a more forgiving acoustic environment this microphone should perform adequately on a par with the three microphone Plantronics Voyager Legend.I haven't had time to rate it battery life yet.But if you need greater echo cancellation, as I do, get the four microphone Plantronics 5200.All three of the microphones I've mentioned become uncomfortable to wear after about 45 minutes. Fortunately the boom can be rotated so that you can switch ears. The problem is the large pod containing the battery and the bulk of the electronics that goes behind the ear. I suspect there is nothing much Plantronics or Wistmar can do about this until they find a way to bend the electronics into more of a curve.The only Bluetooth headset that I've found to be so comfortable that you could forget that you were wearing it is a Plantronics model they called Calisto. It retailed for about $75 a decade ago. They have a current model called Calisto II [ Calisto DNSBLUE-002 ], at about twice the price, that looks identical. But it only has two microphones, so it required a much better acoustic environment to work well with DragonDictate. But if comfort is your number one criteria I would recommend that Calisto.This Wistmar unit does come with a nice protective case, which has posts for storing the three rubber ear seals, small medium and large. I give it a five star rating for value (bang for the buck), a three star rating for echo cancellation, and a 1 1/2 star rating for comfort.

I purchased this item to replace another brand that is no longer available. It does not have a proper rubber backing for insertion into the ear. Also, I had to put the sound up all the way but even then the sound is not high enough. I could deal with those but the major reason why I give this a bad review is because it constantly cuts out. At the cost of $36 I would expect a better product. I would like to exchange it or get a refund but i would have to pay $20 for a round trip to the post office. I am disabled and unable to take public transportation and need a car service so I am stuck with it. I would not recommend this product especially at this price. I am disappointed.

We've bought two more since I wore out the first one. good sound, lasts aout 8 hours listening full time to youtube on my phone, good sound, switches between phone and music/video

I purchased 2 of these.. 1 for me the other for my girlfriend.. Every now and then when she is talking to me, it gets so much static noise I can barely hear her and sometimes all I hear is static. When she turns it off and uses the phone it's crystal clear, turns the Bluetooth on and it's nothing but static from her side. Even when I turn mine off and use the phone I still hear static. Not sure if the one she has is defective, but it sucks because I had it sent to her in California.. It will be extremely difficult to get it sent back and exchanged..UPDATE 6/22 - so now even the replacement they sent me and now the one I use is now nothing but static. These things are absolute trash. Do not waste your money on them. 3 units, and all 3 now do not work well at all. I would give zero stars if i could, what a waste of time and money..

Great product for the price

I love this! Had it for months and still works great! Sound quality is awesome. I can use it on either ear. Last for a long time without needing to be charged and people can. Understand me without any difficulties! Great buy!
