I ordered this set for a project. I really liked the look of it and the price. Five of the six installed fine. The Sixth however was built incorrectly, the wrong sized nut was installed inside on the connection for the live wire, which made it impossible to tighten the screw down on the live wire.That is a pretty basic thing, to have the right sized nuts inside. Now I have to order another and hope it works to keep from having to replace the other 5 in the set.

We have been using these for about 10 months. If you plug more than one thing at a time they get extremely hot. The plugs and devices that are plugged into them also get extremely hot (laptop, phone, speaker). Doesn't matter if you use the USB socket and/or the regular socket, same problem happens. We are using standard plugs that come with the devices, not knock-offs. Also, placement of the USB socket is too close to the regular socket; so if you try to plug something in a USB and a regular socket, it's too jammed to plug them both at the same time, defeating the purpose of having a USB and regular socket design. We were using in one room, and planned to put them in some other rooms. Instead we will be replacing them entirely. I worry that because plugs and devises get so hot, they will burn out a device or malfunction.

I'm very pleased with the very fast shipping and with this excellent product. I was easy to install and works as described. No more need to look for misplaced usb plugs, can now connect my phone charging cable directly to wall socket with no need of a usb wall plug. Love it.

We bought multiple sets of these back in September less than six months ago, and more than half of them have shorted out, or just never worked to begin with.

These did not work for me. I had a contractor install them and 2 failed to work. I could not received a refund or a return authorization. I had to purchase others from Costco. I would not recommend.

These are a fire hazard won't hold onto wire and the grounding port just pops right out. And the company kungfuking basically does not exist. Save your money this is just more cheap Chinese junk they dont back even if your house burns down as result.

The usb will not work on these. The outlet itself works.
