HakubakuOrganic Green Tea Soba Noodles (no salt added), 7-Ounce Bags (Pack of 10)

This is my favorite pasta and I have a hard time finding it locally. Was so happy when I found it on Amazon. This pasta has an excellent and light flavor ... I use it for everything.

Our family LOVES these noodles. We eat them cold, hot and everywhere in between.I make soba sauce and it's much tastier than what you would buy, recipe is as follows...1/2 cup soy sauce (Japanese is best)1/2 cup mirin1/4 sake1 handful dried bonito flakes (I have small hands - xs gloves)Put all ingredients in a pot (with lid) uncovered and bring to a boilRemove from heat and coverLet cool completely (at least 20 mins)Strain and squeeze bonito flakes and refrigerate.I put it in an old glass bottle and it keeps for at least a month probably longer but it doesn't last more than that at my house.

This green tea noodles are A+ . My son and I are on a vegan diet and these noodles are awesome We love these this is my second order and I will continue to order these in the future. If you are taking care of your health this is great product. Do yourself a favor and order you will continue to order.

Thin and “healthy” cook in 7 mins. Easy meal prep. A bit pricy compared to regular pasta

Your friends will enjoy the flavor of green tea as they eat these noodles so serve them with foods that are otherwise lightly seasoned.The noodles stick together if they are cooked as noodles instead of in a broth. Using the soup recipe on the package, we found them quite good but perhaps we overcooked them when we served them as accompaniment to sauteed veggies.We were happy that they had no added salt because it is not so easy to find condiments, e.g., soy sauce, that are low in salt.

While slightly more expensive than regular pasta, the health benefits of the Soba Noodles outweigh the slight cost increase. Living in a smaller town without access to a lot of Asian cuisine, being able to buy these in bulk for my Indonesian wife to cook with was great. They taste great, are pretty healthy (as noodles go) and the package them come in is nice to store them in. I would highly recommend buying these. As soon as we run out, I definitely am buying them again.
