Works perfectly, but can make a ticking sound
Programming it was easy. However, I can see why some people could be confused. The only issue I had during programming was that it jammed when pushing down on the pins directly at the current time, but I still managed to push it down.I like this timer, except for the ticking sound it makes, which seems to usually happen when power is disconnected (although that might just be when it's most bothersome because I'm trying sleep at that time). As such, I'm considering returning this product and buying a digital timer. I don't want it to possibly bother me in the future.

I have many of these. All work well. I will say over time they get a little louder. Great value and I will buy more.

Noisy, cumbersome tabs
Noisy over time. Cumbersome at first to set time. It’s easy to accidentally hit the tabs when pushing it back into the outlet. Assuming the inconsistent time may be due to short bursts of power outages. Overall you are getting what you paid for. If noise isn’t a factor, it does the job for the most part. I’ll be looking for a better replacement.

Great product. Used them for my indoor plants lights.
They are very easy to set. Came with the instructions. Timing is almost perfect. Works very well for the plants. Earlier, had purchased them form another company, but one of the unit's timer was not working. So, had to return that set from the other company, and purchased this new set from this company. No issues from day one. Every day operates at the same time. Great product.
