Finally found what I was looking for!
I've been experimenting with mocktails a lot lately, but I don't find the spirit alternatives to be worth it for $40. So I decided to come up with my own alternative, and found it. Brew strong roasted dandelion tea and then mix in this essence and blammo - you've got a great alternative to Irish Whiskey for use in mocktails!

Add It
I didn’t realize that this product is one to ADD to other things in order to participate.

not too bad
I tried this with shaved ice and club soda. It’s not good but not too bad - it resembles ( sorta) a whiskey flavor. Considering adding it to vanilla ice cream. I will eventually finish it but not buy it again. It beats the Kentucky74 Spiritless by a mile.

Very small item
This item is just flavoring, like a very small bottle of vanilla, not an actual non-alcoholic beverage. Unfortunately, Amazon brings this item up when searching for non-alcoholic beverages. Listing 2.25L and $0.48/fl oz is also a little confusing. So if you are fine with a very small (1.7 oz) bottle, this might work for you, but it’s not what I was looking for. And if you have any concerns with your order, do not expect help from the seller. I found the seller to be cantankerous and rude which is quite the opposite from most sellers I’ve worked with on Amazon.

Tastes good
This works really well. I don't have the most discerning palate, but it takes cheap Vodka and turns it into decent whiskey.

Good stuff!
We like to make homemade Irish Cream, but usually do so with a standard real Irish Whiskey. However…for St Patrick’s Day, I wanted to make Irish Cream ice cream and make it non-alcoholic so that everyone could enjoy. We amped up the Irish cream recipe a bit and added this for flavoring and a bit of green food coloring…it was amazing!

smells good but doesnt do it for me
Over priced, too small a bottle. Smells great but when added to spirits, it's a fizzle. An expensive fizzle. Better off mixing up some concoction of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and using that. Maybe add a half drop of smoke.
