Quality seems good provides good support, without being too restrictive. - Measure properly, 4 inches around 10 cm above the knee cap - I was in the middle of the size range hence the reason I choose this one along with the good reviews. Does not roll down.

I could not find a size guide so took a guess that my husbands swollen knee would be extra large and it was though when less acutely painful a large might be worth a try for greater compression. It was a much better support than the old tubigrip I had in the first aid chest ! It fits snugly with fim but flexible all over support and compression, it hold comfortably at the edges, does not cut in and does not slip or roll down. It immediately made the knee feel more comfortable. I would recommend it for comfortable knee support for minor injuries and when putting demands on aging joints

Helped when my knee was painful and giving way. Quite tight and wouldn't recommend wearing it all day.

When new these are second to none but after driving with bent knees the pressure round the knee soon dropped off making them into very nice leg warmers but no longer top class knee brace

I had a little occasional knee pain on my left knee when running that started to get a little worse, so I thought I'd give a compression sleeve a shot and bought the PowerLix. It's essentially just a neoprene tube with some stitching to either increase or limit the stretchiness, but it works. Wearing the sleeve definitely helped my knee increase its stability and eliminate the pain. I liked it well enough that I bought a second one because I'd noticed a little twinge developing in my right knee as well. I ran with both knees in the sleeves for about 2-3 weeks and then tried going without the support, and the knees had healed up and the pain was gone. If any further pain develops, these will be my first attempt at getting things back under control. For the $12.99 price I paid, I'm very happy with these.

The knee supports are very comfortable, the best I’ve had. However, the registration instructions included with the product (three ways) do not work. And, nobody answers emails.

I ordered this because I developed some pain on the side of my knee after I began the gym. Specifically the treadmill. I put it on for one day and my knee has no pain. I wear it every time it bothers me for a couple of hours and that’s enough.I have size M, and im usually a size S in clothes and it fit perfectly. It doesn’t slip at all.
