Much easier to take than magnesium oxide.
This form of magnesium seems to be better absorbed than magnesium oxide, and being a smaller pill rather than a larger capsule, easier to swallow. I have had no gastrointestinal distress or diarrhea with this mag supplement, unlike with magnesium oxide and magnesium lactate.

The item is exactly as described and was delivered even before the time stated in the purchase. I am very satisfied with the rapidity, good quality and low price. Happy to find a product like Magnesium Glycinate at such a good value! I have now incorporated it to my supplement regimen.

The product seems good, but the advertising is misleading in that they don't note on front how many milligrams are in each tablet. Each tablet is 100 mg. Other makers of Magnesium Glycinate recommend a dosage of 400 mg/day. This company recommends 100 milligrams per day so they are able to say is it a 240 day supply. Seems more like 60 days worth based on what other makers recommend.

Works Great
I recently started a ketogenic diet and one of the recommendations is that you take a magnesium supplement. I chose this particular brand because I tried a different product from this company and was pleased with the quality and results for the price. This is now my go-to brand for supplements.The magnesium has helped prevent the muscle cramping that sometimes comes with a low carb lifestyle. I'm able to walk and exercise without painful charley horses in my calves.It is also really great at keeping things moving along, if you know what I mean. There aren't many good sources of fiber in this way of eating. The ines that are available, I don't like. So this helps me work things out.

My issue was that I could easily fall asleep
Magnesium glycinate has been literally miraculous for me as a sleep aid. My issue was that I could easily fall asleep, but often woke in the middle of the night and was awake for hours, tossing and turning. Magnesium has solved that problem, with amazing success. I usually take 500mg at bedtime.I have experienced no side effects and zero downsides -- the pills aren't too big, unlike some minerals. Several people in my life have mentioned having trouble sleeping, and I tell everyone about this product. I was prescribed Ambien and also taking Benadryl and still couldn't sleep well. I bought some magnesium, and it has helped more than the drugs. I am astonished that doctors don't use this as their first recommendation for patients with insomnia.

mediocre at best
This stuff is either very weak or doesnt work at all. Still got leg cramps and you have to take 4 of these huge tabs to get the daily dose. Will NOT be buying again.
