Great camera for the price
Overall it's a great camera for the price (was around $25 when I bought it).Connecting to it via ethernet (192.168.1.10:34567) worked fine with most onvif software and streaming via VLC on port 554 also worked out of the box without any setup. However the ICSee Android app was the only way I found to turn on and and configure its WiFi interface.Neither the built-in IE ActiveX pages nor the stand-alone CMS program seem able to change the WiFi settings for some reason, and the Quicktime plugin has been retired by Apple so there's no way to watch the video from IE/FF/Chrome. The latest CMS I found was General VRSoft CMS 3.1.0.8, that one worked fine in windows 8.1The NVT firmware in the camera could use an update as the official onvif test tool can't even connect to the camera. The best viewing/control app I found that was available for my older 4.2.4 Android phone is called vMEyeSuper and allows changing most of the settings except for the WiFi IP which doesn't stick.Aside from ports 80, 554, and 34567, it also listens on ports 9530 and 23000 but I couldn't get a Telnet prompt from either so I don't know what they could be for, and couldn't find any way to telnet in or I'd be able to set the WiFi without ICSee and do cooler stuff.I don't recommend enabling uPnP on your router nor allowing the camera to use the Cloud feature as it makes it possible for anybody to hack into the camera since some security flaw was discovered in March 2017. The safest way to access it remotely is to use some NVR software like Blue Iris or iSpy with proper encryption/login security, that way the camera cannot be reached directly from the outside (assuming your router's firewall is configured properly).Pros:Nice resolution, very clear IR night vision, fine control of image sensor, fairly compatible with onvif standard, 2-axis motors, IR filter shutter, dual wired/wireless support, ftp upload of alerts, microSD storage, two-way audio, usb-powered so doesn't need special adapter and could be used with usb battery pack.Cons:Poor documentation and OEM software, insecure by default and by design, buggy firmware, setting panning presets doesn't work and while manual panning works fine, auto-panning doesn't know where to stop, causing the motor to keep pushing indefinitely. Underpowered ARM chipset can't do more than 8fps at 1080p, no telnet access yet listens on two mystery ports.I still give it 4 stars because it provides more features than any camera in this price range and software issues could be fixed but probably won't.

Fantastic!
AMAZING SECURITY CAMERA! outstanding video quality. I can monitor my apartment while at work in real time. I dont care for the App too much, I think ICsee needs to make it more user-friendly, but all together its a fantastic camera. I can control the cameras position remotely using the app and even yell at my dogs to get off the furniture using the intercom built into it. I highly recommend this.(Note:) the captions at the bottom are in Korean because i set it that way, but comes standard in English.

not usable
The app requires about every permission imaginable, which is inappropriate and I will not install it. The PC software download option takes you to a chinese language website and wants a login/pw. If I plug in the camera to router and access via ip address in browser, I can login, but it won't show video or allow me to change any settings. During the day infrared goes on and off constantly, making a clicking sound and confusing motion detection software. This is junk due to bad firmware

Great Video Quality In Bright Light AND Pitch Black!
I bought two of these cameras to keep an eye on a mouse problem in my home. I put one above my kitchen drop ceiling and the other is in my attic. They are a bit quirky to set up for the network, but with a little work, they connect just fine. The image quality is absolutely fantastic! Even i pitch-black conditions, I can see clearly if anything is going on (or if there's a dead mouse in a trap). It's made it MUCH more convenient for me to keep an eye on my hidden mouse traps. WELL worth the money!

You get what you pay
Good good quality of video and picture. However, when I’m not home (near the cameras) I can’t move them or use the intercom through the app, only when I’m home. I have these for my backyard, my dogs and inside my home. I love yelling at my dogs when they bark without having to get up from my bed. I wish the app was in English and faster.

Camera
Loved it at first until the app that goes with the unit crashed and the camera became useless. But did work well while it did run.

Get this product NOW!!!
It works so well!! It has so many features, 2 things to remember though 1. No SD card, but it's okay buy the 32 SD card. 2. The cord is small so you need to buy an extendo but that's only if your going to hang it.For the positives 1. Clear and Hd 2. The night vision is crazy AMAZING! 3. You can see it through your phone and record or take a snap! 4 it rotates any angle you want. Overall, i give this 5 starts because you get more than what you pay for !

Close to 1080P Picture Quality....
Almost 1080P is my first observation. Picture is okay but compared to my other 1080P IP cameras, I can see pixelation but the picture is somewhat good. Setup is a bit different from what I’m used to. Once you plug in the unit...no light or sounds to let you know if its alive! So I thought it was DOA but I waited about 30 seconds to a minute to let it fire up. You will start to hear a click here or there after a while but still not lights. Download the APP and proceeded to create a login. It was finicky...the wording was cut off on my iPhone X....so don’t know what it was trying to tell me but after 5 tries, I just typed the password as 1234 etc, up to 8 and a few letters, then it worked. No need to hook the unit up to a Ethernet cable for this one...just type in your WiFi details and then you’ll see the live video after it does it thing. Notification works as soon as its triggered..maybe too much. It would be good if you could adjust the sensitivity!!! Time will tell if it will last!

Extremely disappointed with the quality control
3 of 11 IR LEDs are dead right out of box. You can see my uploaded picture. Extremely disappointed with the quality control.UPDATE: With first one as DOA, I bought a second one to give it another try. For unknown reason, the video quality is much worse than the first one, looks like 720p only. Anyhow, BOTH cameras have a serious problem: they will hang every 12 hours or so and have to be power cycled. This makes it useless as a security camera. Try it yourself.

Excellent Value
Picture quality is ok, not the best, but better than other cheap cameras I’ve seen. I was was expecting the app to be horrible and have all kinds of set up and connection issues, but surprisingly everything went very smoothly and very quick, no issues at all. My router is on 2nd floor and this camera is in the basement and I have no problems. It is an excellent value for cost of it.
