This item is not enamelled, it is, however great for smash burgers and tortillas. Nice and heavy and easy enough to clean. I bought mine reduced in price, so I'm happy about it's value for money.

Bought this for pizza pan making. It’s very heavy and hard to clean. The pizzas turned out ok though.

The enamel seems to be put on by the trainee, just as the spray gun ran out of paint. There are areas that are already rusting as the covering is amazingly inconsitant. The finish is rough because paint splatter, either from bottom of the can or the trainee who got bored, either way, crap. Even worse is anything you put on the heated surface sticks. Litterally failed on everything.So we have a rough, uneven surface that everything sticks too and rusts because of the lack of covering to the cast iron base. I have pictures. But i want to see how bad the rust gets after a month.

I bought one of the cast iron pots from this range and it was so good that I decided to get this pan to go with it, it didn’t disappoint!The special type of enamel means that on first glance it looks like just plain cast iron, but this isn’t the case! Nothing seems to stick to it and it’s super easy to clean. Food also cooks so evenly. I can see that this is now going to be my new go to pan. I even got the chef’s press which is part of this range and it’s great for steaks and bacon! The service is also excellent and all the items come with a link to care instructions.
