Excellent amp for 4 65Wx4 6x8s
I would recommend this product if you’re running 4 65Wx4 6x8s. It provides a knob for great bass output with fine control of bass output on those 4 channels. I would warn that the fuse is not serviceable on the outside. This is a pretty significant setback, so I have to bump off 1 star. If the fuse was more serviceable, this product would be 5 stars as it provides great bass output even if you’re not running a 5th+ channel for a subwoofer.I would like to mention that Crutchfield provides excellent service. I would rate their service 5/5 stars, despite this product being 4 /5.

It’s okay
I bought this amp from Crutchfield’s website recommendation. I figured it would be a good amp, but it’s alright. I might end up getting another amp just because it’s not as great as I figured. It has some buzzing noise that’s constant when hooked up to the speakers and it’s honestly quite annoying. Otherwise it gets pretty loud. It gets really hot quickly even when the amp isn’t in use. I’m sure I can find a better amp for my kicker speakers.

Good quality amp
Good quality amp. I used this to power the tower speakers in my boat. The only downside that I had was with the terminal block where the speaker wires attach. In my application it was very difficult the block attached due to tight access. I would rather have normal screw terminals.

Top Gear For The Price.
This amp produces great sound in my 2006 BMW Z4 roadster. I wasn't looking for high power, and I'm not a hi-fidelity freak. I'd say it's a bit bass heavy, but the songs are clear, and the Bluetooth audio is clear even highway speeds and the top down.No complaints here. For the price, I got more than I was expecting.

not great, extremely small amp, weak sound
Ordered this because Crutchfield recommended it and it was the correct wattage for my system. When it showed up in the mail I was shocked to see that it was the smallest amplifier i've ever seen. Just a little bigger than my cell phone.. It was kind of a pain to connect all the wires too, everything is so smooched together and the screws for the wires come from the bottom of the amp rather than the top. Hard to mount since the mounting tabs are tucked under the amp. As far as the sound goes, really wasn't impressed much with that either. It sounded very thin and I couldn't dial in the eq to sound good at all. Bought a different amp and it sounds great now. I think this would be a better amp for a motorcycle.

Loud and Clear!
Installed in a 2003 Road Glide. I’m running 2 infinity kappa 6.5’s in the front and 2 kappa 6x9’s in the bags at 2 ohms, 110 watts per channel and its loud and clear!

perfect for motorcycles)
Amplifier is solid, just bought a second one for a motorcycle installation, running 4-4 ohm 5 1/4" coax's off channels 1 and 2, and then bridge channels 3 and 4 to a subwoofer. Using Polk db 5 1/4's which handle 45 watts, the front 2 channels at 2 ohms (2 - 4 ohm polks on each channel in the front will get the amp to 2 ohms, so this amp is 110 per channel at 2 ohms, I should have 55w at each speaker which leaves me plenty of headroom), then the back 2 channels will be bridged to an 8" (also polk (DB-840)) and will have 160w... Because the polks have such a high sens rating these systems SCREAM, and this amp doesnt mind being tucked in a fairing... It makes for a cost effective install, I have been around this stuff for a long time and with an exile exmc1 controller (instead of a headunit, its water proof, blue tooth, aux, perfect for motorcycles), this system costs around $400 with cables!!! And You wont find a better sound and more reliable equipment. After doing some research I found out these amps are made in the same place RF amps are made. Pull the trigger you wont be let down, I have experience with the following micro and mini class d amps...Alpine power packs- they are OK, BUT does NOT make a ton of power, and I have replaced them in the first year, used to be my go to when there wasnt much around. The clarion xc, pioneer gm-d, sony xms, alpine ktp, kicker pxa, and mb quart NA, are all in the same category, all about the same ALL RUN SUPER HOT (alpine being hottest) and should not be tucked in a motorcycle, I have long term, used, tested, or demo'd them all in one way or the other... best of all of 7 I would say is the clarion, I think they have 3 or 4 sizes and configs...CT sounds M series-, I like the amp, until 1 failed and I tried to get support, well NEVER again...MB quart MA and Kenwood MAC or KAC, good solid amps, but they dont make the power this amp makes and they are larger, not to mention cost $80+ more...There is one more amp worth mentioning, the Rockford Fosgate T series, is in my honest opinion the best amp for a bike install, BUT they are 5 X the price of these S/O amps, and not everyone wants to spend $590 on a bike amp. When I do a no expense spared bike system I use the T series amps, JL audio subwoofers, and Polk MM series coax speakers, BUT the price is considerably more, the system I am currently building with them components would cost $1600 vs $400 and you can tell the difference BUT most of that is because of the speaker changes, jl subs and polk mm vs db is a big difference... good luck, BUY the amp, you wont be sorry..

Power and or quality not enough
Note: I purchased this amp based on a recommendation from Crutchfield for my Infinity Kappa speakers which required 75 watts per channel.Once installed it just wasn't powerful enough to get the job done. It was nothing but multiple horrid electrical interference issuesI had to take it to another installer who examined the amp and said it's not a good quality product.I had to end up buying a different amp which cleared up the problem instantly. So, if you're planning to use this amp (and/or this wattage), especially with Infinity speakers, don't waste your money.I did.
