The idea of adding RGB to things that have no business having RGB lighting is the cornerstone of ridiculous gaming peripherals. This is an exceptional UPS that provides great protection from surges, fades, and other power issues to a PC and also comes with ridiculous RGB lighting to go with the rest of your gaming setup.

I needed something for a WFH full tower Computer ( i5-10400 6 core cpu-16gb ram-27" monitor and accessories) that can run the computer, monitor. headset, keyboard, mouse and camera if needed. After doing A LOT of reading and research, I chose this unit and I can not be more pleased.I just ran 2 tests and it ran all of this for 1.5 hours before it started warning me of low battery. This is PERFECT as it gives me a 1 hour window to see if the power comes back on, and at least another 30 minutes to let a supervisor know our power is out and I need to fire up the generator.If you are using a laptop with a monitor plugged in I am betting you will get at least 2 hours of time to see if power is restored.This is a big deal when it comes to NOT loosing work time, pay, or possibly your JOB because of a power outage. The layout of the outlets on the back are awful. My access point (wifi) has a larger power adapter, and it covers three outlets. The outlets are too close to the inside and the COAX outlets, WHICH NO ONE USES, and are too close to the outlets as well. Any power adapter you try to plug in on the ends WILL hit the COAX plugs, so keep that in mind if think you can plug more than 3-4 items into the battery side. I don't know why UPS companies think we would ever want "surge only outlets;" half of the outlets are pointless. Thankfully I only connect a few items to the UPS because I have a second, better designed one for my actual PC. The case is nicer design than the normal APC UPS's. This replaced an APC UPS that has the dreaded supposedly unfixable F02 error.

This APC battery backup with all the RGB lights is amazing! This specific model will be a great addition for your gaming setup. GET ONE.

compre este ups con muchas ganas pero me salio con las baterias malas y lamentable mente el soporte sirve para nada me comunique con amazon me querias hace la devolucion pero lo mande fuera de paiz y los envio de exportacion en mi paiz son muy caros no lo recomiendo para nada

Pros:- pure sinewave- model is only a few years old vs decades for everything else on market- APC brand(long time user)Cons:- whine/high pitched noise if you use any of the fancy LED lights(I never intended to). This is very scummy of APC to cheap out like this. Absolutely silent otherwise, even in battery/power outage mode(except for fans coming on, which are not bad, but not good either. Penny pinchers, not a cheap UPS).If not for the annoying noise, my real complaint would be to have single button to toggle ALL lights off and on. Currently it only turns off LCD display if you had LED lights on. Seriously, who designed this. This is their most up to date, real sine wave model for home use.I wish Hardware Busters or Consumer Reports did UPS reviews.
