The needle just skids over the record. It played one record skipping through it and after that just skids. Very pretty, awful quality!!

It is so aesthetic with the vinyls. Great quality.

Unfortunately, this turntable does not work well at all. It keeps skipping songs of records that work perfectly fine on other record players. I have requested the replacement of the product and the new one had the exact same problem. It's really disappointing that this product doesn't fulfill its main function of playing music. Although it's a really beautiful turntable to look at, I couldn't justify spending that much money on a glorified bluetooth speaker.

The media could not be loaded. Horrible quality. Please do not spend your money on this. This is the second one I buy and both record players had bad static and horrible sound. This one particularly has an issue with the volume because it still sounds extremely low in the highest volume setting. Def. returning

The pitch is not centered, even tuning it up to its preferred speed, the belt speed seems to skip and does not allow the record turnaround evenly. I would just avoid this product at all costs. I ruined a record using it. :’(

Sounded terrible like it is underpowered..... Sometimes the right speed, sometimes not. Skipped a bunch. After two days, the turntable just stayed on even when I return the stylus to the cradle. I wasn't expecting great but this was not nearly in the least expensive category yet it was really just junk.

It looks so cute just as a decor item, but that is it. All the inside parts are just poorly made, cheap plastic. The arm is just a hollow piece of plastic. Would fluctuate from being in tune and not, had to constantly tune it. It would randomly skip. If anyone walked past it and the stand it was on moved from the impact of a person's foot, it would skip. Looks so great but can't justify keeping it for working so poorly. Was really disappointed. Expected something better for something at this price point. My guess is that it costs so much because of the beautiful design. Just wished they spent more time and effort on making the inside parts work better.
