Great idea for a young girl going through puberty. Book lasts 4 years so a great buy. Worth the money i am sure this will be a great asset

My daughter is just starting this chapter of her life and this book is perfect in helping her keep track of her period and symptoms.

Thr layout should be a single cycle view on a double page spread, instead it's split over onto the next page.On the left should be the month and cycle days 1-3 and on the right cycles days 4-7. Instead they are split onto the page overleaf, so you don't have a complete view of each cycle.Confusing and useless in this format. Really disappointed and had to return.

I bought this for my daughter to help her track her periods. It’s great, easy to use and lasts forever. There a ton of pages for entries!

My girl just started her cycle and this has been amazing for her, she’s 11..I love this because it was hard without anything it a calendar back in the day. I appreciate her being able to tell how this day or that day makes her feel so she can prepare for the next one
